Storage Period of Your Personal Data

Your personal data is stored for the period required by the processing purpose, in accordance with current laws and regulations. At the end of this period, your personal data is anonymized, deleted, or destroyed. Our processes are conducted in accordance with the company’s “Data Storage and Destruction Policy”.

Your Rights Under KVKK

Article 11 of the KVKK As a data subject, you have the following rights in accordance with article:

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • To request information if it has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • To request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,
  • To request deletion or destruction in accordance with the legislation,
  • To request notification of these operations to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  • To object to the occurrence of an adverse result by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To claim compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

Application Procedure

You can submit your requests regarding your rights listed above to our company in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
